I imagine it will take some time to consolidate, incorporate, and integrate this class. At the moment I can say it was a very fulfilling experience. It was like fertilizer for the garden of my life. The breakout rooms were hit-or-miss for me, but the good ones were worth the couple of lack-luster ones. If I were to do it again, I may rethink my decision to continue my one-day-a-week juice fast coinciding on the day of class (assuming the class were at night again); it was difficult to maintain focus at times. I was most impressed with the adaptations that were made in real time. Structured curriculum is great, but not if it becomes rigid to the point of breaking the class or ignoring the opportunities of the moment. Fantastic!!! Easily the best class I’ve taken since Mikio’s some years ago.
